Cute as a bug... a Cuttlebug

Penny and Rusty have found that one of the easiest ways to create cards are to throw in a little embossing. It adds texture and can make things "pop" when you're looking for a little something extra. And the easiest way to add embossing is with the Cuttlebug from Provo Craft. You just put your paper in one of their folders and roll it through the machine and presto!

Here are a couple of cards that Penny and Rusty have made using the Cuttlebug:

When Penny and Rusty saw the D'vine Swirl Cuttlebug pattern, they thought it would look perfect as a giant wave. They embossed some blue cardstock and swiped a white ink pad over to make the swirls stand out. Then they cut out a wave pattern and added the surfer dude.

Additional info:

This fun birthday card was made using the Perfectly Paisley Cuttlebug folder.

Hi Kimmie! Glad you found the site. Mom and Dad didn't draw the penguin, it was a stamp. But dad did draw the presents the jugglers are juggling. Thanks for stopping by. :o)
